Strict adherence to all NWRWRF-established procedures for discharging, maintaining cleanliness, and conducting general sanitary operations on the property, as well as any provisions stated in the wastewater hauler discharge permit, shall be required of all wastewater haulers delivering wastewater to the NWRWRF.
It is prohibited to combine wastewater from an industrial user with wastewater from a nonindustrial user.
In the event that any wastes are supplied to the plant and it feels they would have an unfavorable effect on the treatment works and/or processes, the NWRWRF has the right to refuse them.
Upon failure to make agreements with the village and failure to pay a bill payable to the village for a period of more than sixty (60) days, the septic hauler will be denied dumping privileges until all outstanding payments are paid in full by the hauler.
On any outstanding septic bills that are past due for thirty (30) days or more, interest at the rate of one percent (1%) per month compounded monthly will be charged on the outstanding balance.
A review and possible modification of any such agreement that exists on the day this procedure is created shall be conducted quarterly by the village if it so desires. (2006) (Ord. 2005-10, dated 3-15-2005; amended Order 2021-08, dated 4-27-2021)
